Return and Refund Policy for Kate & Co. Studio

At Kate & Co. Studio, we take great pride in our work and want you to love what you purchase. Because many of our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that things happen. If you experience a serious issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you to find a solution.

1. Digital Products

Most of our products—such as quilt patterns, artwork, and other design files—are available as instant digital downloads. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you have trouble accessing or using your file, or believe you received the wrong file, please email us at [insert email address], and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

2. Physical Products

On occasion, we offer physical products (such as prints or limited-edition items) that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These items are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days or less.

We do not offer returns or refunds on physical products unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The wrong item was sent

If you experience either of these issues, please contact us at [insert email address] within 5 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to assess the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

3. Custom Items

Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part.

4. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for digital or physical products at this time.

  • Cancellations: We cannot cancel orders once digital files have been delivered or a physical item has shipped.
